Dr. Raymond Ballinger (1902-1979)

Dr. Raymond Ballinger (1902-1979) was a doctor in Massillon for more than 30 years with an office at 18 South Erie Street.

Dr. Ballinger graduated from Washington High School, earned his bachelor's degree from Ohio State University, and his doctorate from Howard Medical College in Washington D.C. Dr. Ballinger was very active in the community, participated in several fraternal organizations, and was also a trustee of St. James AME Zion Church, and a member of the City Planning Commission for 25 years.
